Honours Bachelor of Nutrition Sciences
Karine completed her Honours Bachelor of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Ottawa where she had the opportunity to do a clinical nutrition internship in the Eating Disorders Program at The Ottawa Hospital. Since the beginning of her studies in nutrition, Karine developed great interest in Intuitive Eating and the development of healthy relationships with food. She believes that all types of food can be part of a balanced diet, and that it is possible to develop a good relationship with food by working on listening to our hunger and fullness cues.
The promotion of eating without judgment, regret and guilt, as well as the promotion of body diversity are at the heart of her practice. Karine is committed to working as a team with clients to help them find physical, mental and social well-being around food.
